About the Role
Kitchen Manager's Requirements:
Positive and professional attitude
Culinary degree, Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate experience
Previous experience as an Executive Chef
Up to date Food Safety Certifications as required by local, county or state laws
Creative, multi-dimensional with experience working with multiple cuisines
Experience creating menu items and partnering with chefs to redesign a menu on a seasonal basis
Proven leadership in managing a kitchen and team members
Experience training, developing and engaging team members
Ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations and ability to motivate staff to do the same
Strong communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and collaborative working relationships
